Returning to the fold of helping people change eating habits is beyond a passion and I am thrilled to be in the position I have selected with Millie Snyder’s SUCCEED.
The Succeed program is the world-renowned time tested Mediterranean lifestyle. If you are a vegetarian, there’s a book just for you and will enable you to focus on sustainability and knowing your food has a big impact on the environment.
The other Mediterranean concept invites fish, seafood and poultry, and whole grains is not a contra indication of being a vegetarian. This laudable food regime is enjoyed by over 90 million people living in those countries surrounding the Mediterranean Sea. The quality of life got my attention.
